Another California Death Row Inmate Dies; Virus Suspected

Troy A. Ashmus, 58, died Monday outside of the prison near San Francisco, according to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Ashmus was sent to death row in 1986, convicted of raping 7-year-old Marcella Davis. Plastic bags, cellophane and the girl’s own shorts were shoved down her throat, prosecutors said. These are the types of heinous criminals that Governor Gavin Newsom is fighting to protect.
Ashmus was the seventh death row prisoner and the 12th overall at San Quentin to die from confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infections. It is ironic that COVID-19 has executed more Death Row inmates in just a few months than the state officials have in the last two decades.
The People of California have continued to uphold the Death Penalty. In 2012 and 2016 we defeated initiatives to abolish the death penalty by popular vote. In 2016 we even voted for the state to begin expediting death sentences. Numerous polls show that over 55% of California voters support the Death Penalty.
Ashmus was truly evil and sick person and I will gladly say without hesitation that I am very glad he is no longer on this Earth and the taxpayers will no longer have to fund this evil person’s housing costs. Not only will I not lose sleep over this, I will sleep even better knowing this evil man is dead before Newsom had a chance to let him back out into the streets.
Why the hell was this dirtbag even still alive after nearly 34 years on death row? Why do we even have a death row if we never execute people? I don’t understand the Democrats insistence on keeping these people alive. It is a complete slap in the face to the victims and their families. I am glad that the COVID-19 pandemic nightmare is actually finding a way to do a little bit of good in the world by taking out these heinous criminals against Newsom’s wishes.
Newsom denies NYT story that thanking Trump was required for covid relief

California Governor Gavin Newsom has outright denied a fake news story in the New York Times that claimed the Trump Administration required Newsom to publicly thank Trump in order to receive covid relief.
When I read the New York Times story that Trump supposedly demanded Newsom thank him publicly in order to get covid relef, I immediately had a strong feeling that the story was fake or exaggerated. Well Governor Newsom himself has outright denied the validity of that fake news story.
The New York Times claimed that when the Newsom Administration asked the Trump administration for assistance it was Jared Kushner that told a top Newsom advisor, Bob Kocher, that “the federal help would hinge on the governor doing him a favor.” This was clearly a lie.
You know the fake news is going too far when even the people that should be on their side have to distance themselves from the false stories.
My analysis is that the Newsom advisor most likely wanted to explain away why Newsom praised the Trump administration’s response to the virus after some two-bit NYT reporter reached out and asked him why Newsom thanked Trump.
The panicked advisor probably then made up a lie that Kushner told him that publicly thanking and praising Trump was a requirement for the covid relief. Painting Newsom as someone forced to thank Trump in order to save lives and implying that otherwise he never would have done so.
I hope action is taken against that Newsom advisor, Bob Kocher, who is clearly a fervent anti-Trumper and he is always sharing dubious articles from the New York Times on his twitter feed. His relationship with the NYT should be investigated immediately. Newsom should fire this advisor if he has even a shred of integrity.
Northern California restaurant defies Newsom with anti-mask policy.

The sign that is encouraging people not to wear masks and gloves if they don’t feel like doing so has caused some backlash online from the people that are OK with mass protests but not OK with a restaurant being open. The owner said he disagrees with county health rules, so he’s not implementing them. The owner knows he is at risk of the State trying to enforce some kind of action against him.
I love how they referred to “Social Distancing” as “Social Conditioning,” very clever! I wish I lived near this restaurant so I could go give them some money and try some of their food! They certainly deserve all the business in the world right now!
Look, we have to live our lives and we cannot live them in fear of an Invisible Enemy. We all know the risks of the virus, we are aware of the symptoms, we have a pretty good idea of how it spreads around. It is essentially not that much different from the Flu or Common Cold. Frequently washing your hands and staying home if you are sick are pretty much the only two health practices we need to prevent this virus.
A cloth mask simply doesn’t work at preventing the virus. It does work at making some people feel better though. Similar to a placebo effect. It’s kinda like you put a towel on your kid’s back, tell them it’s a cape, and now they think they are Superman…
The El Dorado County Health Department said they’ve gotten close to 20 complaints about Apple Bistro since March. They said they will visit next week to give a warning and then if complaints continue, they may decide to suspend the bistro’s permit. We can’t let that happen. Now is the time to stand for freedom.
Imagine, roughly 130,000 Americans have died from the virus in America and that has lead to many governors and local leaders going full tyranny and imposing extremely restrictive measure on the population. What do you think they would they do if a disaster killed 1,000,000 Americans? I don’t want to find that out, so we need to oppose all of these tyrants. The good thing the virus has done is expose all of these crooked politicians.

It took a long while for the state of California to certify the state’s primary results, but as the dust settles it is becoming clear that President Trump has shattered the previous record for GOP primary voter turnout.
While President Trump is very busy working on defeating the Invisible Enemy and working his magic on the economy, he just quietly set a record for voter turnout in California! Yes you read that right, in California! Voter enthusiasm for President Trump is unexpectedly high in the Golden State!
California Primary results from 2000 to 2020:
In the year 2000 George W. Bush won the California GOP Primary with 1,725,162 votes
In the year 2004 George W. Bush won the California GOP Primary with 2,216,047 votes
In the year 2008 John McCain won the California GOP Primary with 1,238,988 votes
In the year 2012 Mitt Romney won the California GOP Primary with 1,530,513 votes
In the year 2016 Donald Trump won the California GOP Primary with 1,665,135 votes
In the year 2020 Donald Trump won the California GOP Primary with 2,241,786 votes
You can see that President Trump overtook the previous record by an impressive 25,000 more votes! And that was amid this year’s health scare and the fact that the state threw out over 100,000 mail-in ballots that it said were invalid! If just a third of those were for Trump then he would have padded his lead even more!
Not only that, but President Trump also garnered more votes than both Bernie or Biden in the California Primary! Wow! Enthusiasm for Trump is high in California! Don’t let anyone tell you different!
This is why the California Democrats are terrified. They know that Bernie supporters don’t like Biden and Biden supporters don’t like Bernie. They are doing everything they can to keep their Liberal coalition from splitting in half. That is why they snubbed Newsom in favor of Bernie supporters to chair the California Democrat delegation in this years convention. They are very scared…and they should be!
