Trump just trolled China on anniversary of Tienanmen square massacre.
President Trump allowing a U.S. warship to sail through the Taiwan Strait is a very bold signal to China that the US is willing to use force, if necessary, to protect its interests in the region. The fact that this ship sailed through the strait on the same day as the 31st anniversary of China’s brutal crackdown on the Tienanmen Square protesters speaks volumes.
This was a very deliberate act by the United States Navy that sends a very strong signal to China that we will not allow them to illegally expand their oppressive borders onto their surrounding neighbors…Not while President Trump is in charge!
This was a great way to remind China that America is still under the leadership of President Trump and we will protect our immediate allies in the Pacific. It is odd how America always gets accused of being imperialistic for having military around the world, but China gets to have a lot of military in their surrounding countries and no one says a thing.
First of all, never EVER forget that China literally attacked our troops in the Korean peninsula during the Korean War. Pouring over the border without warning in massive human waves and viciously assaulted our troops as we were on the final push to liberate the Korean peninsula. Had they not done that, North Korea would not be a problem today. China has never paid for killing our troops.
Later they materially supported the North Vietnamese in their support of the Vietcong insurgency against our troops. Because of what China had done in Korea, it made the US military hesitant to invade North Vietnam, which could have ended the war easily.
They have instigated up military tensions between Pakistan and our ally India over the Kashmir region. They have fought extremely dirty, if not outright illegally, in their economic war against the United States! China is literally building military capable islands in international waters and threatening our allies Japan and the Philippines!
Among a number of other heinous actions, China has now poisoned the globe with this mysterious virus. They spread so much early misinformation and propaganda about the virus that it threw off the entire world’s understanding of what we might be dealing with. They literally threw the entire world into chaos.
It is about time that someone stood up to China and I am glad it is the man I voted for, President Trump!
