OUTRAGEOUS: California restaurant owner charged for allowing dine-in customers.

A Northern California restaurant owner is facing charges for allegedly daring to defy the tyrannical Democrat’s unconstitutional lockdown orders by allowing table service inside the eatery and for failing to wear a mask…
In total the three misdemeanor charges carry penalties of up to $3,000 in fines and or one and a half years in jail.
The brave man named Jeffrey LeTowt is the owner of the quaint little Tuck Box restaurant in the Liberal Bay Area city of Carmel-by-the-Sea. He is said to have boldly dared to allow patrons to eat inside (oh the horror!).
LeTowt estimated that he had already lost close to $60,000 in revenue since the lockdowns began.
“I’m still going to stay open, if you want to send a SWAT team and come and cuff me, come on and do it,”
He was in clear violation of the Ministry Of Health’s orders, sorry I mean the public health orders. The same orders that the Democrats are telling us are intended to combat the coronavirus pandemic, yet these “orders” seem to be only hurting anyone that wants to earn a living or grab a bite to eat. You know, anyone that wants to do normal human things.
LeTowt is also accused of failing to wear a mask around customers and not implementing social distancing measures. Honestly, if you don’t want to social distance or be near someone that isn’t wearing a mask then why not just avoid the place? Oh right because these people want to go out of their way to destroy our lives over a manufactured crisis. It isn’t enough for them to sit at home, they want us all cowering in our homes as well, but no we don’t all feel like going into deep debt over this. Some of us will go back regardless of whether they say it’s OK or not.
This isn’t about protecting the public heath this is all about power and control. The California Democrats are clearly trying to drive up the unemployment rate and keep it high so that President Trump might look bad. Probably in a bid to try to get him to send them some additional funding. The Democrats don’t care about you or me, they only care about their pocketbook and pushing their sick agenda.
I really hope people reach out to Mr. LeTowt and send him some love and support. I don’t know his political affiliation and it doesn’t affect my decision to support him during all of this, but if he is a Democrat, I ask him that he look hard at the people he voted in to office. Does he think they truly represent his interests? Because it is clear to me that they only care about their own interests and to hell with everyone else is the Democrat mentality!
I applaud Mr. LeTowt for staying open and defying the tyrannical orders. Though I don’t know what will happen next, as the Deputy District Attorney said: “If we need to take additional action to secure compliance then we will do that…”

District Attorney Jeannine Pacioni stated, “Our community is facing an unprecedented public health threat. I want to commend all the individuals and businesses who are sacrificing so much to protect our community from this disease. While so many are doing their part, we cannot allow a business to defy these emergency public health orders and risk the progress that our community has made.”

This is just utterly outrageous, it is obscene, it is a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution and we shouldn’t stand for this. The lockdowns are hurting us economically more than they are saving us physically. At this point in time when the lockdowns have gone on for far too long, this just really feels like way too much. Perhaps during the early days of the quarantine something like this would have been a little more palatable, but we can all clearly see for ourselves now that the danger has subsided or was never even there to begin with.
We all know that if we are too scared to face the virus then we are welcome to stay home and the government will even send you unemployment money for it. You aren’t even being required to work in most cases, so why are the rest of us not being allowed to go back? This all makes no sense when you look at everything from a rational perspective.
Of course if you are extremely scared of the virus then you are already approaching it from an irrational perspective of panic, and thus are unqualified to make judgement on the decision on whether we need to get back to work or not. And I don’t blame so many people for being scared with the way the media talks about the virus as if half the human population has already been wiped out.
These are crazy times that we are living through and we are all being put the test, mentally and physically. Some people were already very mentally weak before this began and now they are so mentally beaten down that they will probably take a long time to recover. Those people probably should stay home, but the people who stood strong and were ready to face any crisis are champing at the bit to get back to work!
We will not sit idly by and allow the government to enslave us financially and take away all of our rights. We are Americans damn it! We don’t run when faced with a problem, we tackle it head on! We don’t hide from our enemies, we go find them and destroy them! When anything tries to threaten our American way of life we stand strong and say “NO!”
Well these Liberal leaders that are trying to destroy our way of life so that they can secure additional federal funding and push their sick agenda are going to find themselves added to our enemies column…Thus they should not be surprised when we treat them as such!

Newsom is on a power trip. Maybe Clint Eastwood who lives in that county can come to his rescue. People are tired of cooking! Let us be responsible for our own lives. I live part time in Sonoma which I always dread going to as the store clerks there are on a power trip. I got yelled at two days in a row, “Stand back, Ma’am!” I was 20 feet from the shopper in front of me. I’m in the critical age they are trying to save yet they are treating me badly. I don’t blame this restaurant owner. Trump needs to come into Cai and take over.
