AZ Border Patrol arrest rapist on route to Los Angeles…
Border Patrol agents assigned to the Yuma Station All-Terrain Vehicle Unit arrested a Mexican national with multiple felony convictions, including Rape with a Deadly Weapon, after he made an illegal entry into the United States on Saturday.
Agents working on the ATV Unit began tracking a single individual through rough terrain near Andrade, California, after he made an unlawful entry into the United States. Agents encountered and arrested the individual who was dressed in all black as he attempted to conceal himself by hiding behind a rock.
During processing, agents identified the individual as Miguel Martinez-Hernandez, a 62-year-old Mexican national from the State of Michoacan. Record checks revealed:
- Felony conviction for Rape with a Deadly Weapon in Vacaville, California
- Felony convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance for Sale,
- Inflicting Corporal Injury on Spouse/Cohabitant
- Felon in Possession of Firearm
- Assault with a Firearm on Person with Great Bodily Injury
- Failure to Annually Register as a Sex Offender
Martinez was last deported through the San Ysidro, California Port of Entry on August 31, 2018, and it was less than two weeks later that he tried to return.
Martinez stated through additional interviews that he intended to travel to Los Angeles to work and reside. Martinez will be processed for re-entry after deportation as an aggravated felon.
So a couple of questions come to my mind. Was he living in Los Angeles the entire time before he was deported? Because he had a felony conviction going as far back as the early 1980’s…
If he is just now being processed for “re-entry after deportation as an aggravated felon” that gives me the impression that prior to 2018, his last deportation date, we weren’t treating him as strictly as we should be for all of these pedophiles that are trying to enter the country all the time.
Also why did we need the Arizona Border Patrol to arrest a man who illegally entered through California? California Border agencies don’t seem to be busting as many people as the Arizona and Texas border patrols..New Mexico is also another state that seems to be lacking a sense of urgency on securing the U.S.-Mexico Border. That could be a result of state policies as well, and not allowing local law enforcement to assist in immigration enforcement.
Well thank god Arizona isn’t a cucked state, and their Border Patrol were able to stop this dirtbag from reaching Los Angeles where he would have been shielded by insane Sanctuary City policies. Thank God for the Border agents that make it their priority to seek out and apprehend these illegal aliens. Thankful that under President Trump the Border Patrol have been able to ramp up their efforts with amazing results.
