Texas teen tortured for refusing arranged marriage
A 16-year old Texas teen named Maarib Al Hishmawi had been reported missing on January 30th by her parents after she was last seen leaving school and never returned home. Her father put out a desperate plea over social media for her to return home and claimed that she was kidnapped, he said that they love her and missed her dearly.
Her father, Abdulah Hishmawi, had this to say:
“Something is wrong. My daughter, she got kidnapped or she is harmed. Somebody take her. Something is wrong.”
“She had trouble with some students in school. They talked about her hijab, talk bad about her clothes. One day they pushed her on the floor.”
“Please, Maarib, if you’re still alive, we love you. We like you. We miss you. Please come back home; go to police. If someone torture you or kidnap you, do something to come home. We really love you. Every day, we cry in your room.”
Well, Maarib was finally found alive, in mid-March, and what she had to tell police officers was utterly shocking. It turned out her own parents were torturing her because she was refusing to marry a man that they had set for her. As reported by KSAT.
She herself would remove her hijab because like most young Muslim women she just didn’t like wearing it. Young Muslim girls often times reject the draconian rules set by Islam, but rather than admit that to their parents out of fear of being tortured, they will lie and say kids bullied them into taking off the hijab.
Look into it, 9 times out of 10, the stories of “Islamophobia” are totally made up by people who are rejecting Islam, but afraid of the repercussions. The strict guidelines of Sharia Law make it acceptable to torture or kill anyone that breaks the rules.
So a young scared girl is willing to lie to avoid being physically abused. The Left-Wing’s insistence that there is an “Islamophobia” problem on the Right provides a convenient boogeyman for scared Muslims.
Girls like showing off their hair and for a Muslim girl there is nothing more empowering than removing a hijab and getting to decide who to marry. That is the essence of true female empowerment and this young girl was really becoming an American and enjoying our freedom of choice. Too bad her parents were still stuck in the medieval mindset of Sharia Law.
Why did they desperately want her to marry this man? Because he was going to pay $20,000 for her…They were, in effect, selling their daughter and they were upset that she was refusing, so they apparently poured scalding hot oil on her body and they beat her with broomsticks and almost choked her to death….
“This young lady, at various times over that time period was subjected to some pretty bad abuse because she didn’t want to be married to this person…Several times it was reported to us that this young lady was abused with hot cooking oil being thrown on her body. She was beat with broomsticks. At least at one point, she was choked almost to the point of unconsciousness.” -Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar
I’m unsure if when the Sheriff says: “Several times it was reported to us” if he means before or after she was reported missing. Because if they received reports that she was being tortured before she ran away and did not take measures to ensure Maarib and her 5 siblings were safe, then that department failed to protect those children and if that is true, they most likely failed to act because of the Muslim background of the family in question.
It’s simply too politically incorrect for them to arrest Muslims these days, but thank God they have finally arrested the parents and the children are in protective care.

Police have also indicated it is very likely they will prosecute the man that was attempting to purchase the teenager.
So here you have a Muslim teenager that was tortured and I just want my readers to imagine for a second what the media reaction would be of she was tortured and kidnapped by a right-winger? I know most mainstream right-wingers would denounce them all the same, but we don’t hear the same type of denunciation from the Left.
Hell if there is even a rumor of a Right-Winger just attempting to remove someones hijab or saying something mean to a Muslim, the story would be 24/7 on CNN, MSNBC and the front page of the New York Times with the headline: “BEING MUSLIM IN TRUMPS AMERICA”.
I find it ironic that many of the Latin, Asian, African and Arab immigrants we take in are far more Conservative and religious than most American Conservatives, but the Left seem incapable of denouncing them because it conflicts with their unrestricted love for every single immigrant. Even when the immigrant in question openly hates gays and act violent towards women, the Left is keen to sweep it under the rug if the perp doesn’t fit the narrative.
Sharia law is alive in America. It’s torturing/oppressing women and the Left doesn’t give a damn about any of it.
Since it’s two Muslim parents torturing their Muslim daughter and trying to sell her, chances are you wont hear too much about this story on CNN. Not only was the family Muslim, but they had been living in Iraq until just two years ago, so that’s another case to add for bolstering Trumps extreme vetting policies.
There is good chance you won’t see see story elaborated on in the Left-Wing media because it goes against their narrative that the Right is oppressive to Muslims when in reality it’s Muslims that oppress Muslims more than anyone. Ban Sharia Law.
