Defending the “Muslim Ban”

First of all, let’s get something straight. This is NOT a Muslim ban, it’s an immigration pause. Is it aimed towards countries that are predominately Muslim? Yes. Unfairly? Definitely not.
A brave Federal judge in Virginia has ruled that the Executive Order signed by Trump was legal and Constitutional. Judge Anthony Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, let’s have a round of applause for him ladies and gentlemen.
Why is it important to temporarily pause immigration from only a handful of Islamic nations like Syria or Iran? Especially when other nations like Saudi Arabia seem to be left off the list. Are we supposed to forget that most of the 9/11 attackers were from Saudi Arabia? Well no, In fact, I think that’s a very important point to remember.
Saudi Arabia is a close military ally of ours and already works very closely with our government to help track potential terrorists. Which is why I will forever, have serious doubts about the events surrounding the 9/11 attacks. I will always maintain that someone on the inside would have had to have helped the hijackers onto those planes, but I digress.
Since the only nations targeted so far are Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen and Iraq. That alone says everything you need to know to prove this isn’t a “Muslim Ban”. This immigration pause is specifically aimed at preventing lower level potential threats from countries currently experiencing some type of political upheaval.
This type of immigration pause isn’t going to stop a 9/11 style hijacker, that would take the upper levels of our security forces, FBI/CIA to handle. Trump isn’t worried about those types of high-level terrorists since he is already going to do whatever it takes to monitor and prevent those threats from getting anywhere near American interests. The smaller, much more discreet threats are the ones that can slip through the gaps in security and end up committing more localized crimes and attacks. Sometimes it will take a generation or two, but there seems to be an epidemic of Islamic immigrants that either fail to assimilate or deliberately choose not to. Look at Seddique Mateen, an Afghan immigrant, father of Omar Mateen the Pulse Nightclub Shooter.
They bring over massive hatred of the United States. Yet the Liberals who are supposedly “anti-hate” embrace these people that hate us. Because they have a common enemy, patriotic American Conservatives. Never forget that Seddique Mateen, unapologetic supporter of the Taliban, was an outspoken supporter of Hillary Clinton. Standing right behind her for all to see at one of her rallies.
What we need to look at aren’t the numbers of “terrorist attacks” committed by Islamic immigrants, but at the lack of assimilation, and smaller more localized style of crime and indoctrination of youth into a radical anti-American mentality.
It’s insane to me that anyone can oppose wanting to stop a very radicalized version of Islam to infiltrate the United States. While an open faced terrorist attack is a vicious, sudden and violent shock that should always be condemned no matter what religion or person is behind it. The subtle, covert, and often unnoticed infiltration of radical Islam into the United States is just as dangerous, if not more dangerous when considering the long term implications.
A terrorist attack creates increased American patriotism, and America has shown it isn’t afraid to punch back at anyone that physically hurts us. That is why they turned to the psychological approach. Where they can actually convince gullible Liberals to feel sorry for them and protect them, while they slowly and quietly slit their throats.
