Rachel Maddow EPIC fail.
Mister Rachel Maddow lit the political world on fire earlier today when he tweeted that MSNBC had obtained Donald Trump’s tax returns. This was the moment the Liberals have been waiting for. For the better part of a year now the Progressives have been screaming to release Donald Trumps taxes. One million people had even signed a petition asking to release Trumps tax returns, they only initially asked for one hundred thousand signatures.
Naturally the Liberals were going berserk. They were practically foaming at the mouth, rabid in anticipation of finally being able to see the elusive tax return of Donald Trump. This was going to be the smoking gun they have been looking for to finally take Trump down, one idiot called it “the holy grail”. 
Sorry Brian, but this isn’t the grail you’re looking for. Instead Rachel Maddow and the world found out was that our illustrious 45th President, Mister Donald John Trump, paid a whopping $36.5 million dollars in Federal income taxes in 2005. Wow. Just wow. 
The Presidents 1040 Tax Form, illegally obtained by MSNBC, shows that Trump made $150 million dollars that year. So he paid roughly 25 percent in Federal taxes that year.
This release also indirectly disproved the New York Times claims that Trump was going to avoid paying taxes for up to 18 years after they released and obtained his 1998 tax return. the 2005 return shows that less than 8 years after Trump filed an astonishing $900 million loss in 1988, he was already paying tens of millions of dollars in taxes.
Just the $36 million he paid in 2005 is roughly 20 times more money than the average person earns in a full lifetime. This was a massive backfire on the Liberal media. They essentially played right into Trumps hand. I heard one person say “Trump is playing 5th dimensional Chinese checkers with the Liberal media”.
The White House issued an official statement in regards to the publication:
You know you are desperate for ratings when you are willing to violate the law to push a story about two pages of tax returns from over a decade ago.Before being elected President, Mr. Trump was one of the most successful businessmen in the world with a responsibility to his company, his family and his employees to pay no more tax than legally required. That being said, Mr. Trump paid $38 million dollars even after taking into account large scale depreciation for construction, on an income of more than $150 million dollars, as well as paying tens of millions of dollars in other taxes such as sales and excise taxes and employment taxes and this illegally published return proves just that.
Despite this substantial income figure and tax paid, it is totally illegal to steal and publish tax returns.
The dishonest media can continue to make this part of their agenda, while the President will focus on his, which includes tax reform that will benefit all Americans.
The White House is right in this situation. It’s clearly written into law that it is generally illegal to publish this type of information. Rachel Maddow claims the First Amendment gives her the right to publish the tax returns, but she is wrong and knows it, she doesn’t lying to her audience. She knows they will blindly eat up anything she says without doing any of their own fact-checking, because they see her as their “fact-checker”.
At the end of the day, no matter what, Trumps tax return is a non-issue. The Liberals have let their minds run wild as they fantasize about Trump having secret dealings with Vladimir Putin, and that some sort of concrete evidence will be found somewhere within his tax return. The real truth of the matter is that even if they obtained every single piece of Donald Trumps tax returns, it still wouldn’t matter. They will find nothing other than Donald Trump using some questionable, but legal, tax loopholes. 
They shouldn’t be blaming President Trump for simply being a smart businessman, they need to blame our government for it’s ridiculous tax codes. They are in an uproar about Trump, even though we have proof he was actually paying quite a lot in taxes, but the Liberals don’t give a damn that mega companies like Google pay almost nothing in taxes.
This was a horrible failed attack by the Left. Most Leftists are very angry at Maddow right now. The Liberals are always ready to turn on one of their own like a pack of rabid wild hyenas. Disappoint quickly set in across the Left and they began to speculate even further that perhaps if they dig deeper maybe they will find more. Maddow was quick to say the two leaked 1040 tax forms were only a small part of the picture, but I think we saw all we need to know. Trump pays in taxes, not only a lot more than people like Bernie or Obama, but at a higher percentage than them as well.
Donald Trump is an honest, hard working American patriot and very successful businessman. He didn’t have to become President if he didn’t want to, he was already very wealth. He actually wanted to help America and even though others in his tax bracket go to even greater lengths to avoid taxes all together, Trump still paid more than his fair share and far more than most people will ever pay.
It’s a travesty that the radical Left has decided to separate itself from America at this crucial moment in history when we finally have a President that puts America before anywhere else. If they don’t hop on the Trump Train soon, they will be left behind in the fogs of history.
